public CsvRecordError(long RowNumber, long ByteOffset, Exception Exception, string RawRecord)

Describes a record that could not be mapped to its type, passed to CsvReaderOptions.OnRecordError.

RowNumberlong: The 1-based number of the data record, as CsvReader.RowNumber counts it.
ByteOffsetlong: The offset, in bytes of UTF-8 input, of the start of the record (CsvReader.ByteOffset).
ExceptionException: A CsvFormatException that names the record and, when one is at fault, the member and its field (CsvFormatException.Member, CsvFormatException.FieldIndex). Its Exception.InnerException is what the mapper threw, such as a FormatException for a field that does not parse, or an exception of a converter. It is the exception thrown when the handler returns false.
RawRecordstring: The record as it appears in the input, without the line break.
